Computer Restarts When Running Virus Scan

If you don`t do that your computer also restarts. Here is exactly what is happening: When I attempt to run a complete system scan in AVG anti-virus, after about 20 minutes, the computer restarts itself and there is no record open internet browser... Your English is very good, however, I don't know what the heuristik Analyst is.
