The computer is fine when I plug it in, but after I am done with my headphones and want to use the external speakers, pulling out the microphone causes my computer Now it won't boot up at all. I have experienced this previously with another machine as well (I'll note that both cases in this scenario are manufactured by Zalman, idk if the issue is on their end I No warning, no "shutting down" screen, just OFF.
