Computer Turns On But Will Not Boot Past Bios
If you see text on a black screen, the computer is currently performing the POST. Everytime I plug the system or power it on, the green power light comes on in front and both the system and CPU fan run on high and nothing is displayed That is the part which come into contact with the internal pins in the memory slot on the motherboard. Try disconnecting the CD ROM Drive and Hard Disk after the reset then power on and see the result if there is any change. Probably hardware error. My Computer Wont Turn On And Beeps Not sure what to tell you. HOWEVER, I install Ubuntu on that drive and it boots up fine. If you cannot find a symptom that matches your computer's symptom, see Step 4: Run Hardware Diagnostics tests.
