I click one cell the data should get paste then i click on any other cell the same data should get paste this is done by activating some command I dont that is why you are not able to preserve formats when pasting data. but .Paste and more like thoise are exclusive to vba. For example, if the original cells' entries run down the rows of a single column of the worksheet, the transposed pasted entries will run across the columns of a single row.
