I wouldn't run that voltage if my temps were that high. I rarely break 60 C in my daily use so far, so I'm not worried about temps, however the vcore is worryingly high. It probably needs to be at 2.1 volts at a minimum. I certainly agree 1.5v would kill the proc without watercooling, but it is still certainly possible to run 1.45v on the proc with a good air cooling solution. SWEET!
