Computer Won't Find Hard-drive.

The drives don't even show up in the disk manager so I cannot rename the drives. When external harddrive does not show up in "diskmgmt.msc" or "devmgmt.msc". First, unplug the drive from your USB port and try plugging it into another USB port on your computer. Allocate it a drive letter higher than M, I used S for seagate, worked a treat for me.
