The RAM seems to be fine, I ran one memtet86 test successfully. are u talking about the wire used to connect cpu to power supply or any cord inside cpu or is it smps?? So I guess it is obviously a power issue, but the PSU doesnt seem to be at fault because it happened with both PSUs, right? I opened it up to check as well.
I told them to use AIDAx64 to mesure the voltages but I highly doubt that they even bothered.
