When I tried to reboot and go to safe mode the keyboard would let me get it to that screen then the keys would stop working. I'm only 14 but oh well haha it would be worth it. Computer Shuts Down On Startup Then Restarts Once I changed it the computer workes smooth. The system is a clean install and it shuts down as safe mode is loading. Hope this helps.
