I can get it to stop by holding down the power button for 10 seconds. Thought it was motherboard, happened once before and I had motherboard replaced. I again went to radio shack down the street and bought a heatsink, and now I attach this unit replacing what I had before, did the trick. Unless you have an ancient model PSU, I don't believe it is the culprit.
