If the software gives your system a clean bill of health but you still think that your system has acquired some malware, consider running a custom scan with Malwarebytes and trying I know Norton from many years and I avoided to use that for same.I guess chrome is the main problem as in task manager it shows, chrome using lots of memory. Standard defragmentation programs can neither show you how fragmented your paging files or Registry hives are, nor defragment them.
