I can't even get to system restore. caution: Use a power adapter that meets the power requirements and has the correct type of connector to avoid damaging the computer. I can get into safe mode but don't know where to go from here. User can use USB-boot or Windows system disk to reinstall Windows 7 or Windows 8 for computer after failing to install Windows 10.
