Really weird that it booted to the BIOS screen w/ the new CPU one time, then wouldn't boot to BIOS when I switched back to the old CPU, and then when Does the PC boot with the old CPU installed? Of course there was no boot drive, but I entered settings, ran a memory test, and had no issues.
If everything works fine, it is not a hardware issue and you should just install windows. When I boot up my PC Windows detected my CPU and installed drivers and asked me for a restart to take changes.
